Are you an event planning agency or a restaurant group?

Both! Fitz Group began as a restaurant group, and it was this expertise in hospitality, cuisine, and the art of entertaining that naturally led to the creation of our event planning business.

Today, we combine our six Parisian venues with the ability to organize off-site events at the most prestigious locations in Paris.

It is this dual identity that is our strength: we oversee the entire experience, from the cuisine to the event design.

What kinds of events do you organize?

We organize all types of events:

For businesses, we handle corporate events, after-work gatherings, seminars, team-building activities, product launches, galas, conferences, and business dinners.

For individuals and agencies, we offer private bookings for birthdays, weddings, baptisms, New Year’s Eve celebrations, and group meals. Every event is custom-designed.

How many people can you accommodate?

Our six venues can accommodate between 10 and 500 guests, depending on the location and layout.

For off-site events at our partner venues, capacity can be much higher, accommodating up to 1,500 guests.

Whether you’re planning an intimate private dinner or a large corporate event, we have the perfect space for you.

Do you offer catering services?

Yes, but with a twist. Fitz Group isn’t your typical catering service: our entire culinary offering is designed and prepared by our own chefs, whether in our restaurant kitchens or on-site at your event venue.

From cocktail receptions and buffets to sit-down gourmet dinners and brunches, every menu is custom-designed and can be tailored to your preferences and dietary requirements.

Do you offer framework agreements for businesses?

Absolutely. We offer framework agreements to companies looking for an ongoing event partnership:

monthly after-work gatherings, regular client dinners, quarterly seminars, and more.

These agreements provide preferential terms, a dedicated point of contact, and streamlined management of all your events throughout the year.

What are your CSR and eco-friendly commitments?

Environmental responsibility is at the core of who we are. Fitz Group holds the Écotable certification, which recognizes our commitment to more sustainable catering practices:

sourcing from local suppliers, using seasonal produce, reducing food waste, managing waste responsibly, and partnering with socially responsible suppliers.

This commitment is reflected in every event we organize.

Can you host events outside of your restaurants?

Yes, that’s actually one of our specialties. In addition to our six venues, we organize events at prestigious partner locations in Paris:

the Rodin Museum, the Grand Palais, the Monnaie de Paris, the Cirque d’Hiver, the Jacquemart-André Museum, and many others.

We bring our culinary expertise, our event design, and our sense of hospitality to the venue of your choice.

How long does it take to organize an event?

We recommend allowing 3 to 4 weeks for standard events and 2 to 3 months for complex custom events or large-scale private events.

That said, we always do our best to accommodate urgent requests, so please don’t hesitate to contact us regardless of your deadline.
